The Forest Park Pool is open to dues-paying members of the Forest Park neighborhood.

SWIM TEAM

The Forest Park Blue Fins swim team is part of the Rocky Mountain Swim League (RMSL). We are an "open-team" which means swimmers from nearby neighborhoods may also join the team.

TENNIS COURT

 

Forest Park has one tennis court, located next to the pool. The tennis court is open on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also a basketball hoop on the tennis court, making the space multi-functional.​ When using the tennis court, please remember the Forest Park Tennis Rules (under construction).

PUPPY  PLUNGE

Rules & Tips:

1. Only vaccinated dogs are allowed.
2. Aggressive dogs, dogs with obvious infections or diarrhea, or dogs in heat should stay at home.
3. No humans are allowed to swim or be in the pool with the dogs. This rule is in place to prevent the transmission of disease to humans and to prevent injuries.
4. Show your dog how to get out of the pool. Lead your dog to the shallow end steps several times so they know how to exit the pool. Dogs may panic if they’re tired and want to get out, but forget where the steps are, or they may injure themselves while trying to climb a vertical pool wall.
5.Be watchful. Swimming is a strenuous activity, and it’s especially important to be watchful of older and obese dogs to make sure they don’t overdo it and become exhausted.
6. Pool toys! Tennis balls are a favorite toy at doggie pool parties, so be prepared to share. It’s best to leave your dog’s favorite toys at home, and don’t worry if a toy gets lost.
6. Bathe or rinse your dog with clean water to remove any residual chlorine or pool chemicals that may have remained, and be sure to dry their ears thoroughly to prevent ear infections.
