Hello Forest Park Friends. The Social Committee is putting together a basic meat smoking clinic to be done at the home of Jerry Mills. We will go over the basic smoking appliances, woods, meat types and rubs. This is a very introductory class. If you have thought about getting into your own backyard smoker but are not sure where to start, this will be great for you. This is a FREE, in-person event. Please follow standard COVID protocols and protect yourself as necessary. Depending on interest, we may add another time slot.
