Forest Park HRA notice of General Meeting

What: FPHRA General Meeting
When: February 9, 2023 from 6-6:30pm
Where: Southglenn Library, 6972 S Vine St, Centennial, 80122
Why: During our Annual Meeting on December 14, 2022, the dues increase to $800 (starting June 1, 2023) was approved. A homeowner motioned to amend the dues plan to be raised to $1000 for next year with $200 going into reserves per household. The motion was seconded by another homeowner in attendance and subsequently passed. Since the motion passed, we will now need to have a general meeting for homeowners to vote on this proposed dues increase. This general meeting is specifically intended for this special vote. Should it pass, dues would be raised to $1000 annually effective June 1, 2023. Please note: This will be a short, 30 minute meeting to discuss and vote on this increase.
