Make a splash and get ready for this year's pool season by reading all FPHRA pool rules, registering for pool usage and completing all waivers that apply to you!
Please familiarize yourself with all pool rules.
In order to access the pool, homeowners, please register yourself and all family members living in your household.
Parents, please complete this form if your child age 11 or over will be accessing the pool when you are not present. Remember, you MUST be present for your child to bring a guest, even if you sign this waiver.
Parents, please complete this waiver if you authorize your child 14 and over to supervise siblings (your child /children) ages 5-10 at the pool when you are not present.
Parents, please complete this waiver if you will have a childcare provider bring your child/children to the pool. Please note, a fee is associated with each childcare provider.
Adult homeowners, please complete this waiver if you plan to swim laps outside of morning pool hours.
Homeowners, please complete this waiver if you will be turning your pool usage rights over to your renters.
